Tristram has been in construction for over 20 years. During this time, his commitment to great design and customer service has led to the growth of several successful commercial and residential property development businesses.
Through his work with corporate and private clients and his determination to find the best solutions, Tristram began to find his passion for environmental construction and design. This took him down a route of exploring, testing and experimenting with alternative construction as a more suitable solution to his customers’ challenges and requirements, leading to the introduction of Modular Ops.
With an in-depth knowledge across site management, planning, contracting, design and build for residential and high-end commercial properties, Tristram has developed a unique perspective of the construction industry. This translates into a transparent and collaborative way of working, constantly innovating to seek the best solution to help achieve a client’s goal.
Beyond the keen design eye, Tristram is committed to identifying and understanding the latest construction materials and techniques. Whilst his passion for conceptualisation is evident, Tristram believes only if the product and finish are best-in-class, can he call projects a success.
His passion and commitment to excellence filter through his entire team. By placing partnerships and transparency central to the Modular Ops approach, Tristram aims to ensure his customers are never met with unexpected surprises, having been well-informed and engaged in every step of the process.
Debbie Basnett
Debbie joined the team in July 2020 as Design & Development Director. With over 15 years of experience working client side, Debbie has a unique ability to understand a customer’s challenge and translate that into a meaningful solution.
Having experienced many of the construction issues our clients experience, Debbie is able to take a pragmatic approach, working closely with customers at every step, to ensure concepts and recommendations fit the brief precisely.
With a clear passion for relationships and client transparency, Debbie will often be found speaking to customers about how the project is progressing, providing advice and direction if she feels a solution can be improved further.
